4. Lacag-celinta (Refunds)
- Marka alaabta la helo oo la xaqiijiyo, lacagtaada waa lagu soo celin doonaa 3–7 maalmood shaqo gudahood.
- Lacagta waxaa lagu soo celiyaa isla habkii lacag-bixinta ee la isticmaalay (mobile money, card, ama account bank).

5. Beddelidda Alaabta (Exchange)
- Haddii aad rabto in laguu beddelo badeecad kale halkii lacag laga soo celin lahaa, Sahlan Mart waxay bixin kartaa beddelid (exchange) iyadoo lagu saleynayo helitaanka alaabtaas.

5. Exchanges
